Your primary and exchange account are features of your Mine Digital account that allow you to access the Request for Quote (RFQ) platform as well as the order-book Exchange platform at ease.

After funding your account – instructions here – your funds will arrive in your Primary account. The Primary account is also used to settle your RFQ trades and to withdraw funds from your Mine Digital account.

If you wish to place trades in the order-book Exchange, you must first transfer funds from your Primary, to your Exchange account.
