As part of our ongoing product development program for 2020 we have merged our Request for Quote (RFQ) platform with the order-book Exchange platform.
This development comes after months of product development and testing and we are proud to be able to finally release it to clients. Mine Digital clients are now able to access the platform using a single login.
This means that your existing credentials on your RFQ platform will no longer be necessary. From now on, you should login to the combined RFQ and order-book Exchange platforms with the same credentials that you have been using to access the order-book Exchange.
There are 3 key events
1. Any funds held on RFQ will be moved to the Exchange
2. This transfer will occur at 5pm today, Thursday the 27th February with about an hour of downtime
3. Any other deposits made to the RFQ platform will be moved to the exchange
In the last couple of weeks, you may have noticed the emergence of ‘Primary’ and ‘Exchange’ accounts in your Mine Digital account.
The ‘Primary’ account is the account that will be funded when you deposit with Mine Digital. From the Primary account you may perform transactions on the RFQ platform, transfer funds to the Exchange account and Withdraw your funds.
You will use the Exchange account to place trades on the exchange and to transfer funds to the Primary account. To transfer funds between the Primary and Exchange accounts, please find our written and video FAQ here.
Thank you for your continued support of Mine Digital and we look forward to introducing other developments as they become available over the course of 2020.
